This website introduces CherryPick and provides produce reference information and support contacts. Visiting it does not create an app account or subscribe you to a service.
Email signup is coming soon. The disabled signup form does not collect or send email addresses. Download links are not yet available, and this website does not take payments.
Browser preferences and hosting
The sound control stores an on/off preference in your browser. Clearing this website’s browser storage removes that preference. Interaction sounds are generated on your device.
No analytics or marketing signup service is configured on this website. The site is delivered through Google Firebase Hosting, so requests to load its pages and files reach Google’s hosting service. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about Google’s handling of data.
Support messages
If you email support@cherrypicapp.com, you share your email address and the contents of your message with CherryPick support. Screenshots and attachments may contain additional information you choose to send.
Include only the information needed to explain your question. Remove unnecessary personal details from screenshots. Do not send passwords, verification codes, identity documents or payment-card details.
App photos, scan history and account information
CherryPick’s photo-identification feature uses an image to help identify produce. The app’s data handling is separate from browsing this website.
Scan-photo and scan-history retention periods, and the effects of scan or account deletion, are being confirmed. This page does not promise that scan photos are immediately discarded or that account deletion removes every stored copy.
For questions about app data, access, correction or deletion, contact support@cherrypicapp.com. Describe your request without sending your password or unnecessary sensitive information.
External services and updates
Facebook, app stores and other linked websites have their own privacy information. Emailing support also uses your email provider. Review the relevant service’s information when deciding what to share.
